how do I wash, dry and iron my printed garments?

machine washable at 40 deg. no chlorine or bleach. light load and inside-out recommended.

some white standard quality garments can be medium tumble dried and the image itself is ironed over to restore colour however full instructions will be supplied with the items.

do real outfitting export goods?

yes - postage cost has set brackets by price.

what is the delivery time frame?

please allow 3-10 days for delivery.

i would like to order in bulk, can I do this?

prior to submitting any bulk orders simply contact us via email and list your requirements. we will then respond as promptly as possible with details on how this could be achieved and if any discounts could apply.

are there differences between screen images and printed images or shirt colours?

there may be slight variation or minor differences between colours shown on screen and those that are printed especially when gradient fills are used but this is to be expected in any printing process. real outfitting will endeavour to keep printed colours as close as possible and even if this is not completely possible then we will ensure that the shirts or items have the desired effect.

i have chosen a shirt colour and a design that i think suffer from a colour clash, what are my options?

as a rule real outfitting do not accept liability for badly matched choices made at point of purchase. if you realise this after you have purchased online then quickly contact us to try to intercept the order and we will see if it is possible to revise the request, this may be possible assuming the order has not been finalised.
